I wear red lipstick every day. It can be a matte lip balm, one of the best-lasting lipsticks or a long-lasting lip gloss. I don’t look or feel like myself without the vibrant color. It may be the decades-old habit, but I think I look like a slug – grey, tired and literally sluggish. I feel more confident and together when I apply my signature red lipstick.

It’s a lipstick, but not the way you know it. It glides on smoothly and leaves lips looking plump and luscious. It never leaves lips feeling tacky or dry, unlike many other lip stains. You can use it as a gloss or a matte, but I prefer the matte look. If you do, you can wipe off any excess to get a pretty, diffused color.

This stain is my favourite because it outperforms the most long-lasting formulas available, but the fading is more forgiving.
